Priory Market is Tallaght’s new social and cultural hub, offering the finest of artisan and locally produced food and drink. It offers 16 different food and drink areas across a wide range of styles. Onsite brewing comes from the local award-winning craft brewery, Priory Brewing and the new coffee roastery Priory Coffee Roasters. It also contains The Apex, a new theatre for Tallaght, and other event spaces presenting gigs, seminars and a wide range of activities. Priory market is open seven days a week from 11 to 11. 

Priory Market aims to encourage greater social and commercial life back to Tallaght village and contribute to a sense of pride of place and a thriving atmosphere as well as a tourist attraction for the county town. It provides an immediate 130 local jobs and will act as a catalyst for other start-ups and artisans. It provides an ideal venue for hosting small conferences and seminars with all required hospitality onsite. It will be a focal point and performance space for local performers and artists and will, in effect, become the cultural ‘Left Bank’ of Tallaght. Priory Market is also unique in that it is a social enterprise with all profits reinvested back into the community to ensure impact, sustainability and further enterprise and job creation.
